Tasting note
From one of the coolest spots in the Central Valley, this huge but supple wine tames the varietal's bold tannins with plenty of lush flavors of black cherry and blackberry. It is full in weight, with thick but smooth tannins and a compelling jammy richness that makes it easy to appreciate. Best through 2025. JIM GORDON
